1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The project has not yet started or no work has been delivered.

  • The services provided do not match the agreed-upon specifications, and no acceptable solution or correction can be reached.

Once project work has begun or deliverables have been sent, refunds are generally not possible, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your order.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Completed or partially delivered projects.

  • Services already approved or in active revision.

  • Delays caused by incomplete client information, feedback, or required assets.

  • Change of mind or project cancellation initiated by the client after work has started.

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, if the project is canceled before completion and significant work has not been performed, a partial refund may be issued.
Any such refund will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed and the resources used.

4. Revisions and Adjustments

Before considering a refund, we will always attempt to resolve any issue through revisions or additional corrections. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@scalifyweb.com.
We’ll review your case and work to find a fair and transparent solution before proceeding with any refund decision.

6. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
