Order Cancellation Policy

At ScalifyWeb, we understand that circumstances can change. While we aim to provide flexibility, our services are customized and begin soon after order confirmation. For this reason, specific guidelines apply to order cancellations.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

Clients may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase if no work has started. In this case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once a project has entered the design or development stage, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund.
If significant progress has not yet been made, a partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed and the resources used.

3. Ongoing or Completed Projects

Orders for projects that are already in progress or completed cannot be canceled. At this stage, our team has dedicated time, tools, and expertise specifically to your project.

4. Client-Initiated Delays or Lack of Response

If the client fails to provide required content, approvals, or communication for more than 14 days, the project may be placed on hold.
In such cases, the order will remain active for later completion but will not qualify for cancellation or refund.

5. ScalifyWeb-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where ScalifyWeb is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or the option to apply the amount toward a future service.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via email at contact@scalifyweb.com and include your order number, project details, and reason for cancellation.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
